changed the marquee scripts so they don't go too fast when images aren't cached anymore (hopefully)
changed some spacing between some elements so everything looks more uniform
music box is functional at least so i'll take a break from it for now. it's at the bottom of the page, hover (desktop) or tap (mobile) on it to play a song!

converted all images to png and compressed them
finally just going to upload this to neocities and leave it there instead of taking it down bc it's unfinished. i need to add some more stuff to the front page, then i'll finally actually make pages
